Peace and quiet for the release team during the release.

Why confound the situation by forcing a migration of the VCS in the middle
of release time? It's not like postponing a month will cause issues aside
from waiting a bit longer for the migration. It makes even more sense given
December's nature of social visits, partying and whatnot.

Again, maybe I am missing something, but what is the rush?
