Hi, I have discovered couple of broken links on TkInter page 
(https://wiki.python.org/moin/TkInter) and wanted to update them. I just 
created my account (AndySalnikov) but apparently I cannot edit anything 
just yet. Could you add me to the editors please? Proposed changes to
