[pydotorg-www] [Python Wiki] Update of "BeginnersGuide/Programmers" by ranjitbhatta

I'm not sure what we think of "changing placement" changes.  As long as
it doesn't start a war, I guess this one is ok, but do we have any
guidance for wiki editors on changes of this nature?
