[pycon-za] Assistance for PyConZA 2015 and 2016

Hi Euan

Thank you for offering to help with all the web things again. I think
the things we ideally need to update are:

* Twitter theme background and logo (to show the new dates)
* Possibly a web site theme update, but the Joburg sky-line theme from
last year is awesome and still appropriate so we could keep that for
this year if needed.

Do you want to be on the organizing committee this year too, or shall
we save that for next year? Up to you.
