[pycon-za] Speaker confirmations sent

Greetings

I've finished sending confirmation emails to speakers. Two last minute changes:

* I added a talk from David Campey on migrating a development team
from .Net to Python
* Bryn Divey volunteered to be our back-up speaker (in case an
important speaker gets a stomach bug)

Aiming to have the schedule up on the website early next week.
