[Neuroimaging] Site Discussion

Fwiw in case the problem is Jekyll itself, then there are a bunch of Jekyll
competitors out there. Some prominent ones written in python include
pelican, mkdocs, hyde, ...

(I haven't used any of them myself though, just heard mention of them go
by.)
