Advanced searches are already possible, see HelpOnSearching.
But Moin already supports full text indexed searches as well. You can
enable "Lupy" in the configuration (see HelpOnConfiguration). There is a
patch to use PyLucene in the wiki (which should be faster). Lupy is
considered unstable.
