As we talked on IRC #moin, symlinking the account files (not the whole
user directory) and keeping trails separate is currently maybe the best way.

We need to make to cookie domain configurable. So it will be valid for a
base domain, to an individual host.

Just enabled htpasswd passwords in Apache for your site or for the wiki
cgi url. The htpasswd usernames should be the same as in the wiki.

Moin will then just believe apache, when it says that user has
authenticated already and not double-check.
