(sborde) Sample for __clrtype__. It folds Harry's samples for various usages (creating properties, specifying namespace, custom attributes, etc) of __clrtype__ into a single module named "clrtype".
Added a simple script to run a command and compare output. Added a test for the clrtype sample based on this script
Fixed an issue in Microsoft.Scripting.Debugging.csproj on 64-bit. Dino previously changed the CodeAnalysisRuleAssemblies property to use %ProgramFiles%, but this works only if VS is started from a 32-bit command prompt. For a 64-bit command prompt, it should be %ProgramFiles (x86)% instead. I am just deleted the property as we dont set it in any other csproj.
