[IronPython] help on Vista x64

Where is the code that looks for these XML files? Could it be made to 
look in the correct place?

I'm not looking for a short term workaround but thinking of IronPython 
users on 64 bit systems (plus I'm not sure if it is too late to document 
the workaround in my book... :-)
