[Inpycon] PyCon India 2023 Logo & Typography

Hello everyone,

I hope you are having a good start to the week. I wanted to share some good
news regarding PyCon India 2023's logo design. Our volunteering team has
done an excellent job filtering through the initial number of options we
got from Webchirpy and has narrowed it down to a couple of choices.

The logo depicts a Community theme, and it also includes a Charminar[0]
element to represent Hyderabad, the host city for this edition.

To gather input and votes from the community, we have created a Github
Discussion Poll. We kindly request you to provide your inputs by 5:00 pm
IST, 16th May 2023. Based on the feedback received, we will proceed with
launching the logo and moving forward with the website design.

We know it's short notice but we would like to close this ASAP, so we can
fast-track other tracks like CFP, Social media that are dependent on the
logo change.
