We have got more accurate estimates for per day charges of CTC, based on 
the quote provided by them. This comes approx. to Rs 8,50,000 (5.5L for 
venue + 2L for AV + 1L for WiFi)

Also the per day charges of IITM Research Park halls is provided below:

     * Hall I: 40 seater - Rs. 5000
     * Hall II: 40 seater - Rs. 5000
     * Hall III+IV: 48 seater - Rs. 6000
     * New Hall 2: 45 seater - Rs. 5000
     * Hall V: 20 seater - Rs. 1500
     * Hall VI: 20 seater - Rs. 1500
     * New Hall 1: 150 seater - Rs. 22500
     * Dining Space: 100 seater - Rs 5500
