Hi all,

Join me to congratulate  Pradyun Gedam, who became one of newest PSF
fellow [0].

Pradyun is one of upstream author of `pip`, and was responsible for most of
the releases of `pip` in last few years. He is in his final year of
engineering at VIT, Vellore.
