[Inpycon] Venue for PyCon India 2018

Hi Guys,
           Hyderabad Python Group was planning to have our conference on
1st weekend of August - it will be two close to Pycon India if you choose
end of August. However we are happy to move & new date might be in
October.  Please do choose Pycon India date earliest, so we can announce
our dates & both events are sufficiently spaced.
