[Inpycon] PyCon India 2016

 Thanks everyone for making PyCon India 2015 great event.

During the feedback session on the last day, question about next year host
and idea to host PyCon in North India came up. PyDelhi [0] team expressed
their interest to host in Delhi.

Volunteers and participants put across their questions and concerns.
Questions asked were around following topics


   - Active volunteer base
   - Sponsorship


   - Internet
   - Venue
   - Logistics like Food, Video
   - Program Committee
   - Audience Level for Conference
   - Startup scene
   - Pre Event promotions

PyDelhi team answered all the questions from everyone. Majority of the
volunteers and participants conveyed their wishes to PyDelhi team.

PyDelhi team has agreed to come back on possible venue and other required
details.
