[Inpycon] Keynote speakers for PyCon India 2013

I feel Kenneth Reitz will catch people's fancy (eg. students) with his
talk, especially about contributing back to Python/FOSS, etc. Hillary
Mason is awesome from a technical standpoint as well. ~BG
