[Inpycon] Venue Option : BITS,Pilani

Hi. 2010 and 2011 have already been fixed. If there's a sizeable
python community in rajasthan, 2012 is an option. The college is just
a small part. Since however you mentioned your interest in the
website, we could use help right now. Will you guys have time?
