No.

We don't have to formalize this now. New ideas will come out once the
machine starts functioning.

There could be many. Some that came to my mind:

* Help Prabhu Ramachandran's group in promoting SciPy
* Offer Python Trainings in various colleges
* Help creation of more Python user groups
* Connect students trying to do projects in Python with mentors
* Do a study to find the blocks in adopting Python in corporate environments

> 4)      What should be the legal relationship with PSF? Should we have only

Legal means more responsibilities and bookkeeping. I think having
blessings of PSF is good enough.

Society.

Same as question 3.
