Summary: Change xmltok_impl.c and xmltokns.c extension

Initial Comment:
It would be very good if you don't give c extensions to
the files you include from anothers.
While I used MS VC, it was only annoying not to take it
as a source file.
But Eclipse/CDT compile whole directories and so I have
needed to rename xmltok_impl_c, xmltokns_c and changing
the xmltok.c's source also...

This seems like a bug in the tools you're using, though I
agree it's very annoying.

Naming them with another extension (.h comes to mind) is
misleading as well, as these aren't headers. They don't
represent compilation units, but they are C language source
code, so I think we'll just have to live with the .c extension.

Sorry, but I'm going to close this as "won't fix" since
there's no clear "right" thing to do.
