[Edu-sig] Multiple sites ping program

Hi everyone
   
  I am sorry for being such a newbie. I am looking for Python code for a program that pings multiples sites; by either typing their IP or the actual address. Was thinking of maybe having another file with a list of the websites so the program can just get the inputs from this file.

I have a ping program that can only ping one site at a time, and therefore have to wait till that one finished before pinging the next one. So I don't really want to enter each manually. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.. =)
