[Doc-SIG] Looking for language coordinators (Russian)

Hi, Tomo!

I will be glad to be a coordinator for the Russian Language Team.
As we translate documentation on transifex it's always a question for new
participants whether they requests be approved or not and when.
It will be more convenient to approve the join requests from our new
translators within a Team.

Absolutely support your idea to share the roles.
