Yes, just because "quickref" is instantly recognizable as such.

"reST" does have advantages, though. It can be pronounced (as "rest",
not spelled to music please!), and extended ("reStructuredText Next
Generation" could be "reST NG" pronounced "resting", a
reStructuredText editor or emacs editing mode could be "reSTed", and
I'm sure somebody could come up with a use for "arreST", "unreST",
and perhaps even "reSTless" ;-).
