Definitly. I think, that the main test should be usability. Can you setup some
C++ project? After this everyone will create Python bindings with his
proposed API.
Thus, we will be able to compare and critic every API.

Yes. There is only one condition: pygccxml is standalone project that
is useful on
its own. I will review patches to GCC-XML and will try to apply them.
