[C++-sig] re: passing Boost wrapped classes

Posts get threaded by their subject line and the "RE:" is a clue that it's a
reply to an earlier post that this post should be threaded onto. This "RE:"
tag is autmatically added when you hit "Reply" in one of the places
mentioned below.

Since, from the look of your mail headers, you are using Outlook, you should
see "Reply", "Reply to All" and "Forward" buttons on the toolbar. If you
don't see such a toolbar, go to Tools|Customize and then click on the
toolbars tab to add the correct toolbar to the top of your outlook windows.
These actions are also available on the Actions pulldown menu and also on
the right-click popup menu when you select and then right click a message in
the top message list pane.
