[Conferences] SouthernPy or PyTennessee

I'm very interested in establishing a Python Conference in Tennessee, and we recently did a survey which got a 35 responses that I've attached to this email.  I've never run a conference before, but I'm a hard worker, and we have a great community that would help as well.
