[Conferences] Information about PyCon-Russia

Currently there is only a small announcement in Russian, and information will soon be available in English, as well as the possibility of registration. I would like you to host the information about this event on your site.

we normally ask for confirmation that a user group is running the
conference. Could you provide such information ?

Which subdomain under pycon.org where you thinking of ? ru.pycon.org
would be a natural choice, but also mean a lot of responsibility on
your side.
