Adam, We need more information.  I can't make the 2nd Thu. but I can make the 3rd Thu.  It doesn't seem designed for.. repeated events.  (Fortunately we can edit entries.)  Or would we do a new one every time?

 people, not that a particular day is good or not. Once we
 figure that out we can find a particular date for our
 meeting.
 
 For the weekends I have 1pm and
 6pm. Just take that as "afternoon is good" and
 "evening is good"
