[Chicago] link to pyExcelerator module

I just noticed a newer version is available in a sourceforge  
subversion repository:

  svn co https://pyexcelerator.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/ 
pyexcelerator pyexcelerator

And yes, it is fast and has no external dependencies (on COM).
I have used it on Windows, Mac  OS X, Solaris, and linux.
