their site is almost impenetrable (the bought out a somewhat 
successful player in delivering cloud services and have been 
re-branding and re-organizing content into 'the IBM way' of 
doing CMS) -- 'openwhisk' is the first returned result looking 
in their search box for:
	speech to text

and I know dang well that openwhisk is deprecated in favor of 
the re-branded 'bx' [one assumes: a BluemiX derivation] -- a 
CLI replica of the AWS CLI tool
