[CentralOH] COhPy speakers?

I'd like to encourage more lightning talks.  A lightning talk is 10 minutes
or less and does not have a question and answer period.  These talks are
easier to prepare.  Often times just sharing what you have been working on
doesn't even require preparation.  I'd like to hear about or see what people
are working on or learning about.
