[Borgbackup] keyfile clarification

Hi,

quickstart says:
$ borg init --encryption=keyfile PATH

man borg-init says:
"The key will be stored in your home directory (in .config/borg/keys)"
or ~/.config/borg/keys, but doesn't mention PATH

so, is PATH an optional argument for the command line to store the
keyfile in another dir than the default ~/.config/borg/keys and could be
substituted with BORG_KEYS_DIR/BORG_KEY_FILE?
