[AstroPy] ANN: pyregion 2.0 released

Hi everyone, 

We are happy to announce the release of pyregion version 2.0.

pyregion is a Python package to work with DS9 region files.

To try it out, you can easily install it with pip: 

   pip install pyregion --upgrade
