[AstroPy] WCS creation

Hi Stefano, Martin, I'm afraid it doesn't, i.e., there is nothing in 
astLib to fit objects in an image to find a WCS. I use SCAMP 
(http://www.astromatic.net/software/scamp) for this sort of problem 
these days.
