[AstroPy] colour RGB images and plotting

I would bet it isn't AVM because that would require them to add XMP writing
abilities (wcs keys do not map to any JPEG/EXIF fields)

Rather I think the resulting FITS header is dumped into the JPEG.comment
(or maybe EXIF.comment) field. For example, Aladin looks for WCS there
(instead of AVM exclusively).
