[AstroPy] [ANN] PyFITS 3.0.7 Released

I'm happy to announce the release of PyFITS 3.0.7.  This is a bug fix
release--most of the issues fixed are relatively uncommon corner cases. 
  In particular, this release fixed several bugs in the (previously 
neglected) support for Random Groups HDUs.
