Thanks.  I'll update the README.

Should I also add a note to the XBEL page that discussions on XBEL 1.2
are under way, and that interested parties should follow XML-SIG in
order to keep up with likely changes?  XBEL 1.2 is still a ways away
right now, but I think the earlier we post such a note, the more people
will have fair warning of the evolution.
