I have similar things in the WDSL:

    <wsdlsoap:binding style="document" 
transport="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http"/>
   <wsdlsoap:body use="literal"/>

So do you think it will work with SOAPpy or ZSI?
The web service provider said "You are free to use other SOAP client 
environments, but the tool you use must support document/literal style 
SOAP messages."
But I'm not sure if ZSI or SOAPpy supports this or not.
