| In xmlval.py, the methof handle_end_tag on ValidatingApp never makes
| a call to its realapp's handle_end_tag.  This makes it very
| difficult to generate DOMs using xmlproc and we never know when an

Please do, but please make the call *before* the element is popped off
the stack, in order to be consistent with handle_start_tag.
