The following is Debian's notes on Woody, that
it is "close" to being frozen (close as in hand-grenades
or ...?) and that the frozen period will last several
months where only bug-fixes will be accepted.

So my question is do the 4Suite and PyXML folks
feel comfortable that the new API's and feature
code can be provided by the time Woody is frozen,
and that the ensuing months of freeze are sufficient
to debug this code. I think
this is significantly different from "are the
new 4Suite and PyXML releases stable enough
now for Woody?".
