[XML-SIG] minidom.py commit

I've commited a change to minidom.py (but forgot to use the -m flag, I'm
used to having an editor pop up automatically when I commit files without
-m'ing, sorry). 

It fixes a NameError when calling NamedNodeMap.itemsNS.
