[XML-SIG] Proposal: PEP-like Approach for pyXML

  For the record, I'll be working on the DOM documentation in the
Library Reference today.  Not next week, not later this week,
*today*.  ;)  If anyone has any specific suggestions or text to send
along, this is a great time to do it!
