  That's Fredrk's code, and he didn't get violent at the SIG meeting
at IPC8.  ;-)  Sjeord did the code xmllib, and probably won't submit
too many more patches to it once I've got it marked deprecated.  :)

  Yes, but that's goes outside the "easy" aspect of the interface,
which tolerates tag names that look like Python identifiers, not all
possible XML tag names.
