Well, it's not my product to define -- it's not even released yet -- but 
I wouldn't define it as non-Zope.  It's purely RBMS-backed, and all 
customization is done by a programmer.  In focus maybe it's more like 
OpenACS (at least my vague idea of what OpenACS does).  These are very 
different than the Zope CMSs, and I think it's valid niche.  "CMS" is a 
vague concept, and there's room for a large number of differentiated 
products.
