[Spambayes] Service will not start resoved

For no reason other that to experiment I move the .db file from their
directory and allowed SpamBayes to recreate them.  The service started and
then stayed up.  Stopped the service, moved the original files back where
they belonged and re-started the service.

Strange, but fixed.
