Summary: Spambayes no longer works Office 2007

Initial Comment:
Spambayes has been working for several months on Windows XP sp2 / Office 2007, Junk Suspects folder missing. Tried to reconfigure but dropdown does nothing, tried uninstall/reinstall no change. Add-in disabled, tried to re-enable no luck.
