Thanks for merging my earlier pull request.
I have another commit pushed, which makes the '@document' decorator work
as I need (I think). As described in the WSDL spec
(http://www.w3.org/TR/wsdl#_soap:body), the output part for a method
decorated by '@document' is a single element, named by default as
'%sResponse' % method, with the same type info as the declared return type.
My implementation uses a separate function for generating the output
message class, making it a dumb alias for the actual return type
declared for the method.
