[SciPy-Dev] openNURBS inclusion in interpolation

As a follow on to Sturla's suggestion of CWP for the standard fft library,
I'm looking into openNURBS <http://www.opennurbs.org/> for inclusion in the
interpolation packages. Thoughts?
