[SciPy-dev] Status page for numarray integration

I agree, Perry.

Would a wiki page (folder) on scipy.org do the trick, or do you need 
something less dynamic?

Please advise  I'll be glad to set up whatever you need, or, if you 
don't already, I can make sure you have the appropriate permissions (and 
Todd, and whoever else wants them).
