I encountered this same thing on my G5 at work a few days ago; I
meant to post to the list about it.
For me it was owned by a user who hasn't been here for months, but
might've been the first user added to the system when it was
initially set up; I don't know.
I installed a handful of other .mpkg's from that site the same day
and only PIL gave me problems.
