[Pythonmac-SIG] troubles with distutils

Hi to all,
it's a bit strange since it's some years I use python but actually I've 
never used external packages. So I'm a total newbie on the subject.
Now I want to install pyx (http://pyx.sourceforge.net/) but it seems 
that I am not able to.

this is my command line:
